Nekora

Terms of use

These terms apply to anyone using Nekora (nekora.tech), a platform that creates images, videos and talking avatars with artificial intelligence. By creating an account or buying credits, you agree to them.

1. Account

  • You must be 18 or older to use Nekora.
  • Keep your e-mail and password safe. You are responsible for what is done with your account.
  • Do not create several accounts to get free credits more than once.

2. Prohibited content

  • Sexual content, nudity or pornography.
  • Any content involving minors in sexual, suggestive or risky situations.
  • Using someone else's image or voice without their permission, including celebrities and politicians.
  • Content meant to deceive or defraud (fake documents, impersonation, fake news).
  • Graphic violence, hate, harassment, discrimination or any illegal content.

3. Moderation

  • Requests that break these rules are blocked automatically, with no credits charged.
  • Each block is a strike. 3 strikes in 30 days suspend the account, which support can review.
  • We may also suspend accounts that abuse the service, even without an automatic block.

4. Talking avatar

  • You may only create an avatar with your own photo and your own voice, confirmed by a code read during the recording.
  • You can delete the avatar at any time.
  • When publishing avatar videos, label them as AI-generated when the platform asks (e.g. the TikTok label).

5. Credits and payments

  • Generations use credits. The cost is shown before you confirm.
  • If a generation fails, the credits go back to your account automatically.
  • Free welcome credits are valid for a limited time and only for creating images from text.
  • You may ask for a refund within 7 days if the credits were not used. On refunds and chargebacks, the credits still available are removed.

6. Generated results

  • You may use what you create, including commercially, as long as you follow these terms and the law.
  • AI can make mistakes or create something different from what you asked. Check results before publishing.
  • You are responsible for what you publish and for the photos and texts you upload.
  • To generate content, photos, texts and audio are processed by partner AI providers.

7. Privacy

  • Your creations are private. They only appear as site examples if you allow it.
  • We use analytics and advertising cookies only after you accept them in the cookie notice.
  • You can ask us to delete your account and data through the contact form.
